My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were kept very clean with beautiful simple decor, equipped with a mini-kitchen and a lanai for sitting or drying clothes, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who even went the extra mile to send me champagne on my birthday. The location, though peaceful in a little valley and near the remote but stunning North Shore beach, was a bit secluded yet offered a unique and tranquil atmosphere. The dining options were satisfactory, with delicious salads and included in the rate I paid. However, the receptionist's lack of enthusiasm affected the overall customer service experience. Despite that, I still rate this hotel highly due to its lovely rooms, great service, and serene location.

The service was exceptional, from check-in to the manager, making me feel truly valued. The location, right on the beach, was simply breathtaking. However, the dining options were limited, and I wished there were more choices available.
